- Send requests by email, or call or catch up if you'd rather. You'll get a reply within 2 business days and the work done within a week.
- If a month needs more than your plan covers, I'll tell you first and give you a fixed price for the extra, or suggest the next plan up.
- Update and Growth Plans have a 3-month minimum, then run month to month with 30 days' notice.
- Anything bigger than a plan, like a redesign or a shop, is quoted as a package.
- For an app, Update and Growth Plans build on the App Care Plan instead, so they're $30 a month more.
- Plans are charged monthly in advance by card. Cancelling stops the plan at the end of the month you've paid for.
