No. Every job has a fixed price before work starts, built from the fixed-price parts on the pricing page. The price only changes if you add something, and you'll see the new price first.

Yes, for the repetitive parts: first drafts of copy, code and images. I review everything before you see it, and you approve all content before launch. That's why the prices are fixed and low. I never put your passwords or customer data into AI tools.

You do. The domain is registered in your name, and you get the files or admin access at handover.

Your business details, the pages you want, and any logo, photos or text you already have. The form asks for all of it.

By card, Apple Pay or Google Pay through a secure Stripe link sent by email. Jobs under $500 are paid upfront. From $500, it's a 50% deposit to start and the rest before launch. Monthly plans are charged automatically each month. No card surcharge.

Yes: small web apps like booking or quoting tools, client portals and internal dashboards. It starts with a $180 scoping session where I work out exactly what it needs and give you a fixed quote. If you go ahead, the $180 comes off the price.

Your site keeps working. You can move hosting to your own account, or keep it with me on the Care Plan.

You get two rounds of changes on every website. If something still isn't right, tell me and we'll sort it out. Refunds follow the terms and Australian Consumer Law.
